Zoku

Have you heard of a Zoku?  I hadn't until I received one for Christmas from my bother-in-law and his fiancée.  It's a popsicle maker that makes popsicles in approximately 7 minutes!  It's wonderful and so simple.  Freeze the core, insert sticks, pour juice, wait until the juice freezes, use special tool to loosen the popsicles, and tada!  So awesome.  We have only made simple orange juice popsicles, but I look forward to getting creative with different colors and flavors as well.  I have a feeling we will be using this all summer.
